Getting Started
No. BioAxis is a direct-access telehealth clinic. You create an account, complete your health assessment and book your consultation — no GP referral required.
Not at all. Our patients include gym-goers, busy professionals, people managing injuries, and anyone who wants a doctor-led approach to their health. If you have a goal and want proper medical support, BioAxis is built for you.
You can provide your previous treatment history during your health assessment. Your BioAxis doctor will review your history, goals, risks and suitability independently. Previous use does not guarantee that treatment will be prescribed.
Programs & Pricing
Your consultation fee covers a telehealth assessment with an Australian-registered doctor and discussion of appropriate next steps. What you see is what you pay.
If your doctor determines treatment isn't right for you, they'll explain why and, where possible, point you toward what would help. A real medical assessment took place, and the consultation fee reflects that.
No. Compounded peptides are not currently covered under the Medicare Benefits Schedule. BioAxis program pricing is all-inclusive and transparent — you know the full cost before you commit to anything.
Any treatment is prescribed only where a doctor assesses it as clinically appropriate for you individually. If prescribed, it must be for you specifically and supplied through an appropriate Australian pharmacy pathway in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. Treatment is not guaranteed.
Consults & Care
After your health assessment, you book a phone appointment with your BioAxis doctor, who reviews your history, discusses your goals and assesses suitability. You can join from anywhere in Australia.
You can reschedule through your BioAxis account. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a rebooking fee - your confirmation email includes the full policy.
Your BioAxis doctor remains your point of clinical contact. Follow-up consultations can be booked as needed, and our clinical team is available between appointments for questions.
