Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 24 June 2026 | Version 1.0

1. About BioAxis

BioAxis Pty Ltd provides administrative, booking and non-clinical support services for patients seeking
access to independent doctors who may assess suitability for peptide therapy and related treatment options.
BioAxis is not a medical practitioner, pharmacy or emergency healthcare service. BioAxis does not provide
medical advice, diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or guarantee treatment outcomes.
All medical decisions are made by the consulting doctor. All dispensing, compounding, medication handling
and medication-specific instructions are managed by the dispensing pharmacy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the BioAxis website, creating an account, completing a health questionnaire, booking a
consultation, making payment or proceeding with a BioAxis service, you agree to these Terms and
Conditions, the BioAxis Refund Policy and the BioAxis Privacy Po licy.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the BioAxis website or services.

3. BioAxis Services

BioAxis provides an online pathway for patients to:

– access general information about peptide therapy and related treatment options;
– select a consultation or treatment pathway;
– complete payment;
– book a telehealth consultation with an independent doctor;
– complete a health questionnaire for doctor review;
– access administrative and non-clinical support; and
– have approved prescriptions progressed through the relevant pharmacy fulfilment process.

BioAxis does not guarantee that a patient will be prescribed medication.

4.  Independent Doctor Assessment

All consultations are conducted by independent doctors.
The doctor is responsible for reviewing the patient's health questionnaire, conducting the consultation,
assessing clinical suitability, discussing risks and benefits, and deciding whether treatment is appropriate.

The doctor may:

– approve the selected treatment;
– decline to prescribe;
– recommend a different treatment option;
– request further information;
– request pathology or other testing; or
– advise the patient to seek care from a GP, specialist or other health professional.

BioAxis does not direct, pressure or require any doctor to prescribe.

5. No Prescription Guarantee

Payment for a BioAxis consultation, treatment pathway or package does not guarantee that a prescription
will be issued.

A patient may select and pay for a package before the doctor consultation. However, any medication
remains subject to doctor assessment and clinical approval.

If the doctor declines prescribing, recommends an alternative pathway or requests further information, the
BioAxis Refund Policy applies.

6. Patient Information and Health Questionnaire

Patients must provide accurate, complete and current information.
Patients must complete the required health questionnaire before their doctor consultation. This information is
provided for doctor review.
If a patient fails to complete the required information, BioAxis may cancel or reschedule the consultation. The
BioAxis Refund Policy applies in that situation.
BioAxis staff do not clinically assess health questionnaire responses, bloodwork or medical suitability.
BioAxis staff may assist with administrative collection, upload and handling of information only.

7. Payment

Patients are required to pay upfront before booking a doctor consultation or progressing through the selected
treatment pathway.

BioAxis may offer all-inclusive package pricing. Package pricing may include the doctor consultation, BioAxis
administrative service component, medication if prescribed, pharmacy fulfilment and shipping.
Final inclusions may vary depending on the selected package, doctor assessment, pharmacy requirements
and any additional items recommended by the doctor.

If the doctor recommends additional or different items that increase the cost, the patient must pay any
additional invoice before the order progresses to pharmacy fulfilment

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with the BioAxis Refund Policy.

Refunds are assessed by BioAxis on a case-by-case basis and may be provided at BioAxis' discretion.
Where a refund is approved, BioAxis may retain the doctor consultation fee and BioAxis administration fee.
Once the patient has paid, completed the doctor consultation, and the prescription or order has been sent to
the pharmacy for fulfilment, the order is final. At that stage, BioAxis will not provide a refund for the
medication, compounding, pharmacy fulfilment, shipping or related package components.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights a patient may have under
Australian consumer law.

9. Pharmacy Fulfilment

Where the doctor prescribes medication, the prescription or order may be sent through the relevant backend
system to the dispensing pharmacy.

Infinity Wellness Group is the intended compounding pharmacy for BioAxis at launch, unless BioAxis later
approves another pharmacy pathway.

The pharmacy is responsible for dispensing, compounding, packaging, medication-specific instructions and
dispatch.
BioAxis may assist with administrative support and dispatch questions, but BioAxis does not control
pharmacy processing times, compounding processes, dispensing decisions or delivery provider delays.
Medication-specific questions may need to be referred to the doctor or pharmacy.

10. Treatment Outcomes

BioAxis does not guarantee any treatment outcome.
Results may vary between patients. Treatment may not be suitable for every patient and may not produce
the expected or desired result.
Refunds are not automatically provided because a patient does not experience a desired recovery,
performance, cosmetic, anti-ageing, body composition or optimisation outcome

11. Medical Advice and Emergencies

BioAxis staff do not provide medical advice, dosing advice, treatment advice, diagnosis, side-effect advice or
clinical recommendations.
If a patient has medical questions after treatment has commenced, they may book a further doctor
consultation through their BioAxis account.

BioAxis email support is not an emergency or urgent medical service.

If a patient experiences serious symptoms, an allergic reaction, chest pain, breathing difficulty, severe pain,
infection symptoms, fainting, neurological symptoms or any urgent health concern, they should seek urgent
